My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms felt more like a 4-star than a 5-star experience, being small, dark, and a bit noisy. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was fantastic, close to beautiful coves and restaurants. The dining options left something to be desired, lacking variety and flavor, but the facilities, especially the pools, were nice and enjoyable.

Rooms

The rooms were small, dark, and a bit dingy, not what I expected for a 5-star hotel.
Service

Thanks to the staff, who were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were terrific and even organized a kettle with tea in our room.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, full of beautiful coves and close to many restaurants and clubs, yet the area was nice and quiet.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience a bit disappointing; the food was bland and could use more variety, like made-to-order omelets.
Facilities

The facilities were quite nice, with plenty of pools available for enjoyment.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was lovely with great sea views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were somewhat disappointing with outdated decor and a less-than-comfortable mattress. The dining options didn’t meet my expectations for a five-star place, which was a letdown. Overall, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings but felt the hotel could use some upgrades.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean, but I found them a bit dark and outdated, with a view overlooking cars. The mattress was rock hard, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
Service
9.0
The staff was very accommodating and polite, especially Franco, who was the best concierge I’ve come across. They went out of their way to help us get a kettle and tea in our room, which was appreciated.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a very nice location with a great sea view from the breakfast and bar area. However, it felt a little far from the nearest restaurants, which were a good 1-3 miles away.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was just average for a five-star hotel. The restaurant staff was friendly, but the service and food didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with several pools, but I would have expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel had a stunning sea-view balcony in our room and was very clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. However, the location is quite far from the main attractions, requiring a vehicle to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, though a bit of improvement in communication would make the service go a long way. Overall, it was a nice experience with a few drawbacks in location and dining.

Rooms
8.0
Our room was stunning with a sea-view balcony and very welcome air-conditioning, although it was a bit small. Overall, it was quiet and nice to sit on the balcony.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, but they could improve their politeness with guests who don't speak Italian. Room service was great, and they organized a kettle with tea, milk, and sugar in our room, which was a nice touch.
Location
6.0
The location is superb next to the sea, but it's quite far from everything, requiring a vehicle to get around. There’s a nice beach area and plenty of pools, but nearby restaurants are a bit of a trek.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was really good every morning with a lot of choices, although some items felt tasteless and of poor quality. I expected better for a 5-star hotel.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included plenty of pools, which were nice, and a great sea view breakfast area, but not all amenities lived up to expectations.

The hotel has a decent location with a nice sea view from the breakfast and bar area, but the rooms felt more like a 4-star hotel rather than a luxurious 5-star experience. The service was accommodating and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable, although the dining could use some improvement in variety. Overall, it's a good but not ideal choice if you're seeking a true luxury stay.

The location is decent with a great sea view at breakfast, and nearby restaurants and clubs, though it is quite far from Porto Cervo without a car.

The hotel has stunning views overlooking the Mediterranean, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. While the service was friendly and helpful, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of quality and comfort. I found the dining options decent but not quite up to five-star standards, and the overall experience could have been enhanced with better facilities. The hotel is in a great location near beautiful beaches, but I felt it lacked some amenities and entertainment.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt cheap and humid despite the A/C running all day and night. I expected much more considering the hotel is advertised as a five-star place.
Service
7.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, really eager to help. However, I found the service insufficient during peak times in August.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, set on a hillside with breathtaking views and a nice private beach. It's perfect for those looking to relax in the Sardinian sunshine.
Dining
5.0
The dining was pretty decent but didn't live up to the five-star experience I was hoping for. I was disappointed by the lack of fresh juice options at breakfast.
Facilities

The facilities could definitely use some improvement. While there are a few nice amenities, they fell short of what I expected for the price.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location offered stunning views of the Mediterranean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, the room I received was not what I expected—it felt cramped and poorly decorated for a five-star establishment, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the dining options didn't meet my expectations, particularly the breakfast selection, which was lacking in variety.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was a standard twin room rather than the deluxe double I expected. It was too small and poorly decorated, and the bathroom had a curtain that I just can't tolerate in a five-star hotel. There were also issues with the fridge not keeping drinks cold and a leaking bathtub.
Service
9.0
The staff was very helpful and professional, always coming into my room multiple times a day. They really went out of their way to assist me.
Location
6.0
The hotel is on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, but it's quite far from the town of Porto Cervo, which is not ideal if you don't have a car.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience wasn't great at all. The food options were repetitive, particularly at breakfast where more variety like made-to-order omelettes would have been appreciated.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities provided were okay, but nothing particularly stood out as impressive. It felt like they could use some improvements overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly, I found the room quality lacking. The hill view was promised but came with a strong odor that was quite unpleasant. The amenities were decent, but overall, the hotel didn't feel like the luxurious experience it claimed to be.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a strong smell that was quite off-putting, and I felt it was more like a 2-3 star room rather than the advertised 5 stars.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to make my stay enjoyable. They really made an effort to help us feel at home, especially the reception and bar staff.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated a bit far from the main attractions, and the shuttle service stops at 6 PM, which could be tricky if you don't have a car. However, it’s a lovely spot to relax in the Sardinian sunshine.
Dining
5.0
Dining was somewhat disappointing, lacking variety and flavor. I didn't feel like it was worth the extra cost when you factor in drinks for the kids.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing particularly stood out. The spa and boutique were nice thanks to the staff's efforts.

I stayed at this hotel and found some great points along with a few shortcomings. The location is simply stunning, with beautiful sea views and great pools to relax by. The rooms are clean, but I was a little disappointed with the size and decor, especially for a supposed 5-star hotel. The service was friendly and accommodating, but some areas, like dining, could use improvement. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few aspects that didn't meet my expectations.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels and sheets were provided daily, but my standard twin room felt a bit small and poorly decorated for a 5-star hotel.
Service
8.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, especially the reception and spa team, but the dining staff could improve their service.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a gorgeous location, about 20 minutes from Puerto Cuervo, with amazing sea views and access to several pools and a private beach.
Dining
5.0
Dining was below average for a 5-star hotel, with repetitive food options and some issues with service.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included five large saltwater pools and a small private beach, which were very nice but could be better organized.

6.4/10

The hotel offers wonderful views of the lovely gardens, pools, and the sea, making it quite a picturesque spot. However, I found the rooms lacking in the luxury I'd expect from a five-star hotel, with an appalling bed made of wooden planks. While the service was attentive and helpful, it could definitely be more professional overall. The location is fantastic with plenty of nearby restaurants and clubs, which added to my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a wonderful view, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to the standards I expected from a five-star hotel. The bed situation was particularly disappointing.
Service
6.0
The service was generally attentive and helpful, but I felt they need to step up their professionalism.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by lots of restaurants and clubs, which made it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options not quite up to par for a hotel of this caliber, with limited variety and some disappointing elements.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were decent, I was hoping for more luxurious amenities that match the five-star rating.

6.6/10

The hotel offers beautiful views of gardens, pools, and the sea, with great food options. However, the rooms I experienced were quite small and felt a bit outdated, not matching the luxurious feel I was expecting. While the service was friendly, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The location is peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for a quiet getaway.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms I had were small, dark, and felt old-fashioned, though they did provide a wonderful view of the lovely gardens and pools.
Service
7.0
The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay, but there were times when it felt like the service could be more attentive.
Location
8.0
The location was nice and quiet, perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday, but you need to arrange your own transportation.
Dining
7.0
The food was quite amazing, but the dining experience could be improved as some menu descriptions were misleading and expectations were not fully met.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall, but I felt that they lacked the wow-factor for a five-star hotel.
